The Sofia Hotel – Guest Rooms

The Sofia Hotel’s 212 modern guest rooms are designed to reflect a chic, comfortable feel. The attention to details is everywhere, from the custom designed furniture to the illuminating, adjustable bedside lamps. Typical of older hotels, most rooms were very small, and the scale of furnishings, art and even the fern motif for the custom designed carpet had to take this into account.

The size of rooms dictated a monochromatic color scheme which is also very calming. The entry to the bathroom is through a framed glass barn door. An above counter sink atop a carefully designed furniture piece at the entrance to each room completes the charm of the space.
