This home belonged to a young couple who wanted to use the services of a Designer to help them space plan and furnish their family room and nook areas. They were well educated on using a Designer’s services to prevent costly mistakes. The clients with the help of magazines were able to convey their design and color preferences very effectively.

In order to keep within the client’s budget the furnishings used were a mix of custom designed pieces as well as from inexpensive retail sources. As an example, the chairs for the dining table were inexpensive and purchased through a retail showroom and the table was custom designed to match the finish. By adding the right hues to the walls and coordinating the room with the right color and design choices created a very warm and pleasing space.
